The Dytran 3683C Model is a high temp triaxial accelerometer.
Firstly, it has a sensitivity of 1-2 pC/g with a 3,000 Hz upper frequency range (±3dB).
Secondly, it features ceramic shear sensing elements. This is packaged into a lightweight titanium housing incorporating a 4-pin radial connector and 10-32 stud mounting capabilities. Units are hermetically sealed for dirty environments. Plus case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference. Along with a unique centre through hole mount to allow for 360° orientation.
Main applications include: testing gas and steam turbines for power generation in aircraft, nuclear power plant testing, exhaust and catalytic converter studies, rocket engine testing, automotive engine testing and other vibration measurement testing within high temperature environments.
Other features include:
- Alloy
- Hermetic
- Case Isolated
- +538°C
- Charge mode
- 65 grams
