Dytran Instruments manufacture IEPE triaxial accelerometers. Most models offer sensitivity from 0.25mV/g to 100mV/g. Some models hare base isolated to avoid EMI/Ground loop interference, low noise JFET electronics and measure a range of frequencies. However, similar features they do share is a hermetically sealed in a stainless steel or titanium case. This enables them to survive high humidity and dirty environmental conditions. Plus, some models have high temperature variations and there are also Cryogenic Versions available.
