Shock Accelerometers

Dytran Instruments manufacture shock accelerometers.  Firstly, models are available up to 70,000 g range.  Secondly, shock accelerometers are base isolated.  Because this is to avoid EMI/Ground loop interference.  Finally, low noise JFET electronics, are high in natural frequency and measure a range of frequencies.  However, similar features they do  share is a hermetically sealed in a titanium case.  Which also allows them to survive and measure sever shocks and extreme short duration events.
