Rugged IMU / VRU 3DM-GV7-AR

The MicroStrain 3DM-GV7-AR is a High-Performance Tactical grade Inertial measurement Unit (IMU) and Vertical Reference Unit (VRU).  It features advanced orientation algorithms, an Extended Kalman Filter and calibrated for optimal performance.  With an IP68 rating it is suited for demanding environments. With precise roll and pitch accuracy makes it suitable for Mobile Robotics, Agriculture, Antenna applications.

The HBK Microstrain 3DM-GV7-AR is a Rugged IMU / VMU Sensor that provides precise Attitude Reference (AR) Information.

SOFTWARE

SensorConnect software is a user-friendly program for device configuration. MIP Monitor (MicroStrain Internet Protocol) can also be used. Both packages provide for device configuration, live data monitoring, and recording. Alternatively, the MIP Data Communications Protocol is available for development of custom interfaces and easy OEM integration. The sensor operates independent of computer platform, operating system, or coding language.
