Lumistar’s LS-35-R is an IF Receiver digital processing board used for programmable telemetry systems.  This digital Demodulator consists of a digital processing main board with two high capacity Xilinx Virtex-5 arrays.  This product is also compatible with the LS25-D2 single channel tri-band and LS27-D two channel tri- band downconverters.  It can also be built to fit customer supplied down converters.  Finally, the all-digital design of the. LS-35-R ensures consistency, high reliability and long-term stability.

LS-35-R IF Receiver Features:

The Lumistar LS-35-R IF Receiver is a Dual-Channel Digital Processing Engine.  It comes with 70 MHz IF Receivers, Diversity Combiner, Multi-Mode Demod, Bit Syncs, BER Reader, IF Spectral Display, Constellation Display and a 70 MHz Modulator.  In addition to this, it also has the following features:

  • a two-channel IF Receiver with Pre/Post detect combining,
  • multimode demodulators with data rates up to 40 Mbps
  • bit synchronizer outputs
  • Viterbi decoding
  • spectral and constellation display
  • BER reader display
  • 70 MHz IF modulator with calibrated noise feature
