The ITS Model 6314 is a video co-ordinator digitizer tracking system. Firstly, whilst this model works with any SMPTE 292M or 424 M HD-SDI Video streams. Many of the features rely on specialised metadata. This specialised metadata and video splitting function is performed by the ITS 6316 Video Concentrator Multiplexor. So when used with ITS 6316, the model 6314 automatically recognises any video splits and auto sizes the Dynamic Control Cursor.
Another feature is the insertion of user generator colour alphanumeric message and time messages. Secondly, read from the applied video microsecond timestamp. Two packets of specialised metadata are created by the Video Concentrator Multiplexor. The first is usually the Microsecond time stamp. This is a reference for the HD Video Co-Ordinator Digitizer Tracking System.
The second is a custom WISS Stripe Parameters Packet. It is used by Model 6314 to determine the number of splits, location, number of lines and first active pixel of each split. These parameters are held by Model 6314 to allow control of the Dynamic Control Cursor Generator and to identify the stripe number and pixel number on the trigger event. Up to 15 stripe packets may be present in the input HD-SDI Video stream delivered by the Video Concentrator Multiplexor.
The Video Co-Ordinator Digitizer Tracking System has a digital frame recorder. It can hold up to 24,000 frames of 720p video and 11,000 frames of 1080 HD video. It continuously records until set back to playback mode. Where video can be single stepped, searched at different speeds in either forward or reverse. This product is housed in 19” 2U Rackmount chassis and is powered by 100 to 240VAC 50/60Hz.
