LS-84-AP
The Lumistar LS-84-AP Portable TM Processing Platform offers a low cost, high performance COTS solution. This is perfect for a portable quick look ground station. Additinoally, the Lumistar LS-25 FM Receivers or LS-25-D2 Down Converters with LS-35-R Multimode IF Receiver, Bit Synchronizers and Multi-function PCM Decommutators, and LS-71 D/A Converters are also compatible with this rugged high quality portable computer. It is also compatible with the Lumistar setup, control, and monitoring software. As a result, this combination helps achieve a low cost alternative to expensive, proprietary architecture products of other suppliers. Furthermore, its design also allows users to define the desired data acquisition card configuration for unique requirements.
LS-84-EC
The Lumistar LS-84-EC “Economy Chassis” Telemetry System offers a low cost, high performance COTS solution. This is perfect for a portable quick look ground, remote and airborne station. The unit has a built-in computer running Windows 10 (WIN 7 option) for stand-alone control. It is also controllable via TCP/IP. Additionally, this complete telemetry ground station is also usable even in very small spaces with Lumistar’s PCI-based or modular line of telemetry products.
Furthermore, this unit can also handle functions such as RF reception, demodulation, bit synchronization, simulation, frame sync, decom, data archive and real-time display. An internal solid state drive, external serial ATA or USB 2.0 drive stores data. Finally, a laptop with a network connection provides remote control and access to real-time displays. This is because the I/O connections from individual PCI cards are hardwired within the chassis. Therefore allowing bulkhead mount configurations on the rear panel.

Using Lumistar’s PCI-based or modular line of telemetry products, a complete telemetry ground station is usable even in very small spaces.
