Sound Pressure Sensor 2013D

Model 2013D is a IEPE Pressure sensor with high sensitivity of 2,000 mV/psi, designed to measure high intensity sound pressure levels of up to 179 dB, whilst operating in temperatures up +149°C.

The Dytran Model 2013D is a sound pressure sensor.

Firstly, it uses a piezoceramic crystal sensing element. This allows it to operate in compression mode. It generates an output signal in response to the sound pressure acting on the 15.7mm diameter diaphragm.

Secondly, it packaged in lightweight titanium housing with a 10-32 axial connector and hollow clamp nut for mounting. It is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
