The FUTEK USB220 is a USB Load Cell Digital Amplifier.
Firstly, the module is supplied PC Power through a USB Cable, providing excitation voltage for the sensor. Then the analog output voltage of the sensor is digitized. It is then processed by a microprocessor which uses the integrated high resolution (24 bits) analog to digital converter (ADC).
The on-board USB transmitter and receiver device allow the microprocessor to communicate with the PC by the USB link. This easy plug and play solution with SENSIT Software provides the power to monitor the USB Load Cell interface output. It also allows measurement less affected by noise, temperature variation and excitation.
