Acromag signal splitters take a single 4–20mA input and provide two identical, galvanically isolated 4–20mA outputs. They are used to share a field signal between equipment such as PLCs, SCADA systems, panel meters and data loggers.  Without creating ground loops, electrical noise or unwanted interaction between connected devices.

  • Loop-powered splitters, where a separate power supply is not available

Loop-powered models take operating power from the existing signal loop, so no separate power supply is required. Externally powered models require their own DC or AC supply, but provide more flexible input and output configurations.
