LPG Storage Tanks Australian Setting

LPG Tank Monitoring

Monitor LPG tank levels, identify low levels and choose the right set up for your site.

Find the right LPG tank monitor

Metromatics supplies LevelCon monitors for stationary LPG and propane tanks. Both options show readings locally when paired with compatible sensors. Your choice depends on how the sensor will connect to the monitor, how many tanks you need to watch, and whether you need alarms or remote access.

LPG Tank Monitoring

STM94442A Stationary Tank Monitor

Best for: Monitoring up to two stationary tanks, with local alarms and connection to existing site equipment.

Local display for up to two tanks; programmable high and low set points; relay outputs for external alarms or controls.

STM Wireless Components

Wireless STM Tank Monitor

Best for: Sites where running a signal cable between the tank sensor and display is difficult.

Wireless link from compatible sensor nodes; local tank-level display; optional cellular configuration for remote access.

What does “wireless” mean here? The Wireless STM receives readings from compatible wireless sensor nodes, so a signal cable is not needed between the sensor and monitor. Accessing readings online requires the appropriate cellular configuration and service. The standard STM94442A also requires additional equipment for remote access.
