The Rula-Tech RL-R17 is a Vibration & Shock Recorder. Firstly, it operates in two modes.
- Continuous Recording – stores all acceleration data
- Shock-event Recording – it only starts recording when the acceleration values are above a defined level. Which triggers an event. Each shock event includes a user defined time level before and after the shock.
Secondly, this recorder provides up to one month of uninterrupted recordings. Of course, this depends on the mode, sample rate and battery type used. It has adjustable sensitivity and sampling frequency for different applications. The temperature sensor sampling rate can be adjusted from 1 minute to 1 hour.
Thirdly, this product is housed in an aluminium case. It operates within a wide temperature range is IP65 rated.
Finally, the R17 operates with VisShock software. Configuration of the device and Analysis of the recorded data is completed using this program. Connection is easy. The R17 connects toa PC through USB2.0 socket.
