Model 2005V is a probe style miniature IEPE Pressure sensor with a sensitivity of 100mV/psi and designed to measure dynamic phenomena over frequency ranges of 1 Hz to 40 kHz and higher.

The Dytran Model 2005V is a miniature IEPE pressure sensor.

Firstly, it incorporates a pure synthetic alpha quartz sensing element. This allows it to operate in compression mode. Which creates an output signal that is analogous to pressure impinging on the thin stainless steel diaphragm.

Secondly, it is hermetically sealed. This allows reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and base isolated to avoid EMI and Group Loop Interference.
