Monnit’s Software for SMART Sensors is called iMonnit. Firstly, it is a monitoring service for your wireless sensor network. Allowing you to configure sensors, start networks, and collect and analyse data in real-time from the ALTA Wireless product range.

There are four software for SMART Sensors package types. iMonnit Basic is a free software which allows to configure your wireless sensors and monitor them at regular intervals. For large organisations where data is preferred to be kept onsite -iMonnit Enterprise is your ideal solution. The software can be loaded on your own internal servers and has the same powerful features as iPremiere. iMonnit Premiere Software is the quickest and easiest software to work with as you simply select your sensors, gateway and hook up to the network and start monitoring. It provides SMS/E-mail messages based on the parameters you set for each sensor.

SensorPrints Software is the only end-to-end Internet of Things data authentication platform for low-power wireless sensors.

SensorPrints creates trust between the sensor and server levels in three steps:

At the point of generation, SensorPrints “fingerprints” each Monnit Wireless Sensor that contains an authenticated sensor message via 256-bit SHA3 authentication.
Data transmission from the sensor is accompanied by a generated authentication token.
At the point of consumption, the token is evaluated via cryptographic hash function against a unique per sensor secret key.
