Wireless Vibration Meters

The Wireless Vibration meter uses an accelerometer to continuously measure vibration, speed, duration and frequency for all three axes. Excessive vibration often indicates issues in machinery or product lines such as failing machine health, overdue maintenance or structural damage.

Firstly, if an asset produces more vibration than it should. The meters alert designated users via text, e-mail or call for correction.

Secondly, these sensors are a 15 minute installation. Available in Enterprise or Industrial grade models. Enterprise offers an on/off switch or line power with battery back up. The industrial model option includes solar power with rechargeable battery and a high gain leaded puck.
