The SG-Link-200 is a 3 channel wireless sensor with a rugged, weatherproof enclosure. It includes onboard PGA, filtering, and a high-resolution ADC.  Therefore, this provides for precise measurement of a large range of sensor types.  Such as strain gauges, load cells, pressure transducers, and accelerometers. These networks are proven to work in demanding industries, where reliable data acquisition is critical

The SG-Link-200 has 3 differential input channels, adjustable gain (1 to 128), adjustable filtering, has  high resolution 24-bit data, and noise as low as 1 µV p-p. The SG-Link-200 is Compatible with 120, 350, and 1kOhm Wheatstone bridge sensing circuits.  Also it comes with  either a 1.5 or 2.5V sensor power output, temperature sensor. Remote strain calibration using on-board shunt resistor, and  available factory bridge completion (¼, ½, or full-bridge)

This battery powered wireless sensor has continuous, periodic, or event triggered operation. A continuous sampling rate of up to 1 kHz , a wireless range of up to 1km, and Data-logging up to 8 million data points. The LXRS protocol allows lossless data collection, scalable network size, and node synchronisation of ±50 µs, and Output waveform data and/or derived parameters (Mean, RMS, peak-peak), and the duty cycle sensor excitation for low power operation is very well-suited for battery powered applications.

The SG-LINK-200 Package includes  – Weatherproof IP-68, a Mount with 2 x M8 screws or 3M VHB 4941, Stainless steel compression limiters, an operating temperature range of –40 to +85 °C  and Power with D-cell battery or input 4 to 36 VDC.
