Force Washer Load Cell LLW555

The FUTEK LLW555 Force Washer Load Cell offers heavy-duty performance in a compact “washer” style form factor—designed specifically for press and inline compression applications.  The LLW555 force washer load cell is ideal for integration into compact assemblies, this load cell comes standard with a 1 ¾″ (44.5 mm) central hole for mounting and a 5 ft (approx. 1.5 m) 4-conductor Teflon-shielded cable for clean signal routing.

This force washer load cell is made from 17-4 stainless steel with an anodised aluminium cover.  It features a 2.98″ outer diameter and uses metal foil strain gauge technology for high accuracy force measurement. It also has a minimal deflection of approximately 0.001″ and an operating temperature range from –60 °F to 212 °F (–50 °C to ~100 °C).  As a result, the LLW555 delivers reliable, high stiffness measurement in harsh environments.
