The PMC-1553 Interface Card is a multi-channel (1-4) 1553 card supported by the latest software technologies. This card is based on a 32-bit 1553 FPGA protocol engine called AltaCore. It also comes with a feature rich interface called AltaAPI. AltaAPI is a multi-layer ANSI C and Windows .NET 2.0 (MSVS 2005 C++, C#, VB .NET) architecture. Furthermore, this hardware and software paring provides increased system performance and reduce integration time.
The PMC interface card is ideal for commercial or rugged conduction cooled systems that require fast and portable integrations. Furthermore, the PMC-1553 is the only commercial off the shelf (COTS) card that passes and executes the SAE AS4111/4112 protocol test. This card also provides users with variable message framing/sub-framing with transmission scheduling and the most advanced BC control operations. Finally its RT, Monitor, Playback and Signal Generator functions are also industry leading and meet the most demanding requirements.
AltaCore is 1553B Notice II & IV compliant. This card, is manufactured to the highest IPC-Level 3 standards and is certified ISO-9001. Cards are also available in dual-function (BC/Mon or multi-RT/Monitor) or full-function (BC, mRT and Mon) configurations.
