A Perfect Fit

There are two battery packs. The DS-BP2i and DS-BP4i . They are both work with SIRIUS DAQ systems and SBOX data logger instruments. They also have a clever click mechanism that enables them to attach to the SIRIUS, SBOX or any other SIRIUS-compatible chassis. You can also use the battery packs with other systems like KRYPTON, IOLITE, or even power a 3rd party system.

Run Large DAQ Systems for Hours

Dewesoft battery packs provide enough power for on-road and field test and measurement applications. As a result, users don’t need to worry about losing data due to low power supply. That’s because the DS-BP2i total capacity is 192Wh and the DS-BP4i total capacity goes up to 384Wh. As a result, the DS-BP4i can run 32-channel isolated SIRIUS DAQ systems by providing power to 32 sensors. Furthermore, when combined together with a powerful SBOX data processing computer it can run a data logger for 3 hours.

Finally, if you need even more power for your measurements, both battery packs have hot-swapped functionality. This means users can exchange internal Li-ion batteries on the fly during measurement and extend power even further.

Daisy Chain Battery Packs Together

You can also daisy chain this product together for even longer battery life. This extends the autonomy of your data acquisition system even further. There is also no limit to the number of battery packs you can daisy chain into single battery system.

Battery Pack Status Visible Everywhere

This product comes with a USB connection that lets them easily connect to a computer SBOX, KRYPTON CPU, or any other PC. Battery packs identify as a native battery for Windows OS (HID UPS protocol). Windows OS also displays battery status information. Battery information is also accessible inside the Dewesoft X DAQ software.

  • Rugged and Reliable: Battery packs are durable and have an aluminium chassis. They are reliable on the field thanks to their aluminium composition. They also use only high-quality Li-Ion batteries.
  • Large Capacity: Enough battery capacity and power for powering large data acquisition systems for a couple of hours.
  • Hot-Swap Functionality: Internal Li-Ion batteries are hot-swappable. This means they aren’t replaceable during measurements. As a result the data acquisition system never runs out of power.
  • Daisy Chain: Daisy Chain battery packs together to further increase autonomy.
  • Isolated Power Supply: For in-vehicle measurements, an isolated power supply on battery packs will guard you against unwanted ground loops.
  • Reverse Polarity Protection: Protect Battery packs against wrong connections to the input power supply.
  • Status Indicator: The battery pack comes with an LCD status indicator as well as a USB connection to the DAQ device so are able to see the battery life on Windows desktop as well as in the DewesoftX software directly.
