Flange Reaction Torque Sensor TFF600

The TFF600 is a Flange to Flange Reaction Torque Sensor. This hollow flange torque sensor is used to evaluate low torque components and controls by measuring small reaction torque levels using flange-to-flange connection inline with the component under test.

Use in applications such as automotive braking, engine and transmission dynameters, torque table, fastener testing and aircraft engine testing.

The FUTEK TFF600 is a flange reaction torque sensor.

Firstly, it measures small reaction torque levels using flange to flange connections in-line with the components under test. Available torque ranges include: 113 to 1,130 Nm.

Secondly, like the majority of FUTEK sensors it uses metal foil strain gauge technology. It is manufactured from aluminium and stainless steel and can be customised to your requirements. As it is designed with flanges, which allows easy installation or adaption. Making it rugged enough for factory use and accurate enough for laboratory.
