Quad Channel Serial FPDP

The Titan sFPDP XMC from Galleon Embedded Computing is a high-performance, low-power serial front panel data port (sFPDP) interface card, designed for data-intensive applications such as radar processing, signal intelligence, sensor data capture, and missile testing. Powered by the energy-efficient Intel® Arria® 10 FPGA, it supports up to four individually configurable sFPDP channels, with speeds ranging from 1.0625 Gbps to 10.3125 Gbps.

Quad Channel Serial FPDP – Rugged High-Speed Data Interface – Up to 10.3125 Gbps

Applications | Benefits

‣ Missile testing | ‣ High performance
‣ Radar development & data recording | ‣ Low power
‣ High-speed sensor data capture | ‣ Air- and conduction cooled options
‣ Geological survey and seismic | ‣ Flexible I/O routing
‣ Physics research | ‣ Deep memory buffering

Designed for flexibility, the board is available in rugged air cooled and conduction cooled versions, making it good for harsh environmental conditions. High speed interfaces can be routed via optical LC front connectors or via rear I/O (P16), this is great for integration into a wide range of embedded systems. Standard duplex LC transceivers are available in 850nm (multi-mode) or 1310nm (single-mode) options.

The Titan sFPDP XMC features 2GB of onboard SDRAM, great for deep buffering and elasticity for high throughput workloads. The PCIe x8 host interface establishes high-bandwidth connectivity to the system CPU, while programmable clock synthesizers allow for custom link speeds.

Included Linux drivers and a full SDK with C++ API support streamline integration and development for defence, aerospace, and research applications. Multi board synchronization and time stamping support for precise data coordination across distributed systems.

Galleon Embedded Computing’s quality management system is certified to AS/EN 9100 and ISO 9001.
