The FUTEK USB520 is a USB Signal Conditioner Module.
Firstly, the module is supplied PC Power through a USB bus, providing excitation voltage that is selectable 5-24 VDC/1W to the sensor and simultaneously 5 VDC for Encoder. Then the sensor output is digitized up to 4800 SPS. It is then processed by a microprocessor which uses the integrated high resolution (24 bits) analog to digital converter (ADC).
The on-board USB transmitter and receiver device allow the microprocessor to communicate with the PC by the USB link. This easy plug and play solution with SENSIT Software provides the power to monitor the USB Load Cell interface output in real time. It also allows the developed DLL Libraries to allow USB520 to work with other software such as LabView® and Visual Studio.
