The Acromag QPCe7210 is a PCIe Carrier Card that follows VITA 93. It is a half-length PCIe expansion card. This card is made to hold one QMC mezzanine module in a small and strong system. This carrier card offers easy PCI Express Gen 3 x4 connectivity. It provides both electrical and mechanical connections for VITA 93-compliant QMC modules. This allows for high-performance signal processing and I/O operations in embedded computing environments.
Ideal for lab, industrial, defence, and aerospace applications. In addition it features isolation support. Therefore, ensuring electrical separation between the host interface and I/O signals when used with an isolated QMC module. Two high-density 80-pin connectors deliver dedicated interfaces for field I/O and PCIe communication.
To support a broad range of applications, the carrier includes a JTAG programming header for QMC modules. The device has FPGAs, separate power rails (+3.3V, +12V, Aux), and a cooling fan for good heat control. Its small design lets it fit into compact systems. It also keeps the strong reliability expected from VITA 93 architectures.
