The Dytran 4110C is a current source power unit.

Firstly it provides 2 to 20mA of constant current at +24 VDC compliance voltage. It is a single channel unit with a BNC sensor and output jacks. Electrical connectors are mounted on the rear panel of the unit.

Secondly, along with highly regulated +24 VDC power supply it is coupled to adjustable constant current circuits. Constant current circuits consist of clamped base PNP transistors with a variable emitter resistor to adjust the current. The 230VAC version is Model E4110C.
