The EPH-V11E Phantom Series sensor can be used with several software tools.  Each serving a different role in configuration, diagnostics, and ongoing monitoring. You don’t need them all — choose what fits your workflow. Metromatics supports all of them and helps you pick what’s right for you.

Phantom Manager
This is the setup and configuration software used during commissioning. It allows you to pair sensors to gateways, set sampling rates, alarm thresholds, and update firmware. Use it once (or occasionally) when adjusting your setup.

WiSER Vibe (Mobile App)
A Bluetooth-based mobile app for field technicians. Use WiSER Vibe to take spot measurements, check battery health, inspect FFT or waveform data locally.  In addition, you can confirm sensor status without needing the full monitoring system installed.

DigivibeMX 11
For advanced vibration analysis and diagnostics, DigivibeMX adds deep analysis tools.  Like order tracking, envelope demodulation, trending, and detailed reporting. Ideal for in-house reliability engineers who want hands-on analysis beyond alerts.

EI-Analytic (Cloud / Dashboard Platform)
