Dewesoft KRYPTON Rugged DAQ modules are purpose-built for harsh, real-world environments where reliability matters. Each module is CNC-milled from a solid aluminium block.  It is filled with vibration-damping rubber, and sealed to achieve an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating.  Proven to operate in extreme cold, extreme heat, dust, mud, water and snow without performance loss. They are shock and vibration resistant, making them suitable for the toughest mobile and outdoor applications.

KRYPTON modules use EtherCAT for data collection. They run on one cable for data, synchronisation, and power. This cable has a speed of 100 Mb. This setup makes installation easier for large or remote assets. They deliver reliable operation from –40°C to +85°C with high shock immunity and military-grade endurance.

KRYPTON DAQ modules are perfect for in-field measurement in Defence, Mining, Transportation, and Structural Monitoring. They work well in tough industrial environments where regular DAQ hardware cannot last.

KRYPTON ONE is the smallest IP67 DAQ module in the world. Firstly, this pocket-size Rugged DAQ modules are mounted in tight places. Right next to the sensors. Connected with a single cable for power, data, and synchronisation.
