Airborne Accelerometer 3062

Series 3062 is an IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer designed to cover wide band frequency vibration measurement points of Rotor, Track and Balance; airframe; helicopter and fixed wing aircraft. This sensor looks like a spark plug.

Applications for this product include:

  • Wide band frequency aircraft/airframe vibration measurements
  • Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS)
  • Rotor, Track and Balance (RTB)
  • Transmission Vibration Measurements

The Dytran 3062 Series is an Airborne Accelerometer.

Firstly, it is hermetically sealed stainless steel body. So, it is suitable for high humidity and dirty environments. It also contains case isolation to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.

Secondly, it features axial mounted military style 3-pin Bayonet connector. As well a ¼-28 mounting threads and lockwire holes.
