The Acromag APC-PMC is a nonintelligent PMC Carrier Card that enables the use of a PMC mezzanine I/O in a standard PCI Computer System. It provides an easy and low cost solution.
The carrier card acts simply as an adaptor to route PCI bus signals to and from the PMC through the PCI card slot edge connector. All Acromag PMC modules and those form other suppliers are supported. Firstly, it is a half length PCI Card which holds one PMC Card. It also has front or rear connection I/O access whilst supporting both 5V and 3.3V signalling.
