The Shuttle XPC Nano NC40U Series is a compact Barebone Business Mini PC. Built for business, industrial, and digital signage applications that require strong performance, reliability, and expandability in a small form factor. With a footprint of just 142 × 142 × 42 mm.  It’s perfect for space-constrained environments such as kiosks, retail displays, control panels, and edge computing systems.

The NC40U Series comes with 12th Generation Intel® Core™ processors. You can choose from Celeron® 7305U, Core™ i3-1215U, Core™ i5-1235U, or Core™ i7-1255U CPUs. Each delivers impressive power efficiency.  Models featuring a 15 W TDP and  and some include Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.  Providing crisp 4K media playback, smooth multitasking, and industrial-grade reliability.

Barebone Flexibility for Custom Builds

As a barebones PC, the Shuttle NC40U gives you full flexibility to choose your preferred memory (up to 64 GB DDR4).  You also need storage, like an M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD or a 2.5” SATA drive. You can choose an operating system, either Windows 11 Pro or Linux. This modular approach lets you adjust performance, capacity, and software for each project’s needs. This applies to office, industrial, or signage settings.

The NC40U supports three independent 4K displays. It uses HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4, and USB-C (DisplayPort). This makes it great for digital signage walls, information screens, or control stations. It has Intel Gigabit Ethernet for reliable wired networking. It also has an M.2 slot for Wi-Fi or 4G LTE modules, but only one can be used at a time. This allows for flexible wireless connectivity.
