Dytran Instruments manufacture a range accelerometer varieties.  Models that operate in freezing conditions down to temperatures of  – 19° degrees ideal for Cryogenic Applications.  Also, models that are low profile, low weight, high sensitivity, bias voltage, submersible 175 psi, low g level measurements or even record 6DoF vibration.  However, similar features they do  share is a hermetically sealed in a stainless steel or titanium case.  This enables them to survive high humidity and dirty environmental conditions.  Plus, some models have TEDS Capabilities, Ultra Low Noise and other models deal with high temperature.
