ATi Telemetry Systems measures propeller stress on everything from HVAC systems to aircraft to wind power turbines.
The ATI Aviation Rotating Telemetry System can use a variety of telemetry receivers, transmitter power and telemetry collars to achieve accurate data measurements from propellors or rotors on helicopters.
Firstly, there are a variety of telemetry transmitters available for any type of sensor and input. Telemetry receivers feature a digital backlit LCD display and analog outputs. The unit can be powered from 12VDC or with 110/220 VAC 50/60Hz adaptor.
Secondly, transmitter power can be supplied by batteries to make the system wireless or inductively for continuous, non interrupted measurements. Single piece and split collars are available in most any size which will clamp or bolt to any shaft size. Multi-channel and multiplexing telemetry systems are available.
Features of the Aviation Rotating Telemetry System include:
- Transmits Sensor Signals via Digital Radio Transmitter to a Stationary Receiver.
- Extremely rugged, can withstand the harshest of conditions.
- High reliability.
