FUTEK introduce the newly redesigned TFF400 Reaction Torque Sensors . Firstly, this sensor features a Flange to Flange mounting solution. With torque measurements ranging from 5 in-oz to 500 in-lb (0.04 to 56 Nm). Plus an improved Torsional Stiffness of 560 inch-oz/radians to 122,000 Inch pounds/radians. Thereby, making the sensor stiffer and faster.
Secondly, the new design has a lower deflection and more robust flexure. Because it is made from Aluminium and anodized for optimum durability.
The TFF400’s through-hole counter-bore design keeps the assembly concentric and limits the chances of offsetting the torque. With the recommended Mounting Plate, a full range of mounting options becomes available.
