High Temperature Accelerometers

Dytran manufacture a range of High Temperature Accelerometers.  These Accelerometers are designed for  testing in hot  and harsh environments.  Such as Turbine Vibration Monitoring, Aerospace and Flight Testing, Automotive Engine/Exhaust Analysis.  High Temperature Accelerometers are able to be positioned up close to the testing environment and therefore provide more accurate results.

High Temperature Accelerometers are manufactured by Dytran Instruments.  Firstly, they are hermetically sealed in a stainless steel or titanium case.  This enables them to survive high humidity and dirty environmental conditions.  Secondly, the case isolation allows them to avoid EMI/Ground Loop interference.

Dytran’s High Temperature Accelerometers have a high sensitivity of up to 10mV/g.  Plus, operate to a temperature range of up to 649°C.  Most models are lightweight.  Some weigh less than 3 grams are miniature versions ideal for tight spaces.
