The Dytran 7509 series is a DC response accelerometer.
Firstly, this sensor range contains a MEMS capacitive sensing element and integrated circuit amplifier. It provides differential output packaged in aluminium housing weighing only 13 grams. Also incorporates integral cable assembly. The onboard regulation minimises the effects of supply voltage variation. It is also relatively insensitive to temperature changes and thermal gradients.
Secondly, it combines an integrated VC accelerometer chip with high drive and low impedance buffer. This provides low level acceleration measurements.
